Description
Anchorage on the island of Cres – Croatia
On the island of Cres near the village of Ustrine, there is an ancient Roman settlement where you can visit precious ruins; there is the homonymous bay, formed by beaches and a deep creek directed to the north and well protected by the wind of bora.
Here, the 3m sandy backdrop allows an easy anchor suitable for a prolonged stop. In the beach facing the east shore, you can take a rope to the land and, in the case of sirocco, better move to the south of the bay.
From this creek you can wait for the opening of the Osor Canal (9am to 5pm).
