Rio Yachts ESPERA 34

The Rio Yachts Espera 34 was built in 2011 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Italian shipyard, of which she recalls the name of the first mahogany boat.

It's an open boat featuring symmetric lines and a pronounced glass wall flooding the whole area below deck with light.

The use of an infused sandwich hull makes the boat lighter.  The fore deck is protected by a low handrail while the astern section gathers swimming platforms, stepladders and gangways  in a unique block.

The helm station is characterized by windscreen glass walls which develop laterally. The cockpit hosts some small sofas which can turn into a sun pad or a dinette zone through an adjustable table.

Moreover, the cockpit can be sheltered by an optional rigid top. A resin mono-block cabinet, equipped with a counter top, divides the cockpit from the helm station while including a refrigerator, a sink and a stove.

Below deck, in the fore section, a dinette accommodates a C-shape sofa (convertible into a double bed) and an extendable table. On the port side, there's a cabinet which can specifically equipped to become an additional internal galley. A double bed in the middle - in the zone corresponding to the control area in the deck - and a bathroom on the starboard side complete the internal layout.

The Rio Yachts Espera 34 has two turbo diesel EFB 250 HP engines which allow a 35-knot maximum speed in response to a 25-knot cruising one and a consumption of 80 l/h.
