Port Of Baia 

That of Baia is a medium-sized port situated in the municipality of Bacoli, in the Gulf of Pozzuoli.

The popularity of the two main harbours of the province, the port of Pozzuoli and Marina di Maglietta, obscures the visibility of this harbour which, however, should be taken into consideration. First of all, for the beauty of its surrounding landscape and its functionality.

The structure, in fact, offers 550 berths, half of which are reserved for transiting boats. The port can receive boats of different sizes and even yachts up to 25 m. Guests are provided with a plurality of services, such as water, electricity, a gas station and a yard for technical maintenance and boat repairs, especially on sailing boats. Moreover, a dry dock offers a crane, a garage, a boat washing service and a slipway.

Little far from the city centre but easy to reach by bus, the port often hosts some nautical events, such as the 25th edition of "Navigare" exhibition in 2012.

Bacoli is just few kilometres far and it offers lots of restaurants, shops and supermakets, in addition to a nice promenade.

The port of Baia is thus a plesant surprise within the Gulf of Pozzuoli, able to be efficient in terms of services and offer a good alternative to those who love sailing without looking for prestigious landing ports in the most popular Mediterranean locations
