Description

Ports of Croatia on the island of Arbe.

In the enchanting Bay of Kvarner, in the port of Arbe, there are the two ACI Marina Rab and Supetarska Draga. Thanks to its natural landscapes, the Island of Rab is today the second greenest island of all Croatian area, queued to Mljet, a favorite destination of boaters and tourists in general throughout the whole year.

The port structures, protected by a breakwater jetty on whose headland there is a lantern, has 142 moorings at sea for anchorage of boats of a maximum length of 18 m.

Each berth is equipped with electricity and water. Among the ports in Croatia, this infrastructure has a fuel distributor on the dock (next to the port) and provides full-service boat maintenance, and repair services to yachtsmen. Beside the marina, there is also a 10-tonne crane.

How to land

The city is recognizable thanks to the old walls and to the 4 bell towers, approaching by sea boat. In the entrance to the port of Rab, the cross occurs between the dry Frkanj (signaled by the beacon) and the end head Frkanj headlight. There are some dries near the Tunera Island, so it is advisable to keep close to the red light.

Warning: In the presence of strong sirocco it is recommended to moor your own boat at the harbor.
