Lignano - Marina Punta Verde

On the left shore of Lignano Riviera and 1.5 km far from the mouth of River Tagliamento, Marina Punta Verde extends over a 30,000-square-metre body of water, well-sheltered by a peninsula.

How to enter the port

In both winter and autumn, yachtsmen entering the bay of Maina Punta Verde have to pay particular attention to the variations in the sea bottom depth. The port is accessible through a channel marked by some red-and-green beacons and signaled by the lighthouse of Punta Tagliamento and a flashing light.

Services

Marina Punta Verde is equipped with some aluminium floating piers equipped, in their turn, with berths and lateral fingers which ensure a easy and safe docking. All berths are provided with drinkable water and electric charging columns (220 V).

The marina also offers a well-equipped shipyard, technical assistance, restaurants, coffee bars, a swimming pool, a real-time web cam service and free Wi-Fi.

 

The Zoo of Punta Verde

In the surroundings of Marina Punta Verde there is a zoo which hosts over 1000 animals of 150 different species. Visitors can have a walk along the pretty alleys of the zoo to explore the habitat of the different species.

How to get the marina

By car: take A4 freeway exit to Latisana, then take SS.354 expressway to Lignano Sabbiadoro. Marina Punta Verde is about 3 km far from the entrance of Lignano, on the right.

By train: get off at Latisana-Lignano-Bibione railway station. Then take a bus or a taxi to the marina.

By plane: Ronchi dei Legionari airport is about 65 km far. You can rent a car of take a bus (the service is available only in summer)
