Description
Porto Titiano | Ports in Friuli Venezia Giulia
Situated within a cove of river Stella, Marina Stella, also known as Porto Titiano, is a dry dock entirely made of wood which ensures a silent comfortable stay plunged into the nature. Fresh water makes the marina the ideal place where boats can enjoy safety and longevity.
The strengths of the marina are its high skilled staff, safety, privacy and care for the environment.
The dry dock is reachable by sea, land and sky. In the surroundings of the marina, in fact, raises an airfield with a 850 x 40 m grass runway.
The dry dock offers 85 berths for boats up to 24 m.
Each berth is equipped with water and electric charging columns, laundry with dryers and washing machines and a covered area for tenders and bikes.
The shipyard of the marina is a popular assistance and refitting centre with wide covered and open spaces (10,000 m2 and 30,000 m2 respectively). It offers the following services:
- Travel lifts (with a range of 30 and 100 tons)
- Two carriages (60 and 100 tons),
- A forking for engine loading and unloading
- Mast stepping and unstepping
A high skilled staff is available for mechanical, electronic, electric, blind and sail repairs.
Guests can also enjoy a heated swimming pool provided with a jacuzzi pool, a Kneipp path, a tennis and bowling court while children can have fun in a well-equipped playground.
Visitors can taste some delicious meals and typical wines in a romantic and country rustic setting or a roofgarden in summer.
Even those who don't have any boat can stay at Marina Stella. The structure, in fact, offers renovated apartments and rooms in a nice country house.
