Description

Located along the southern coast of Lake Garda, near Sirmione's city centre, Sirmione 2 is a harbour built in 70's which offers 300 mooring places and 100 winter boat storage places.

The harbour provides its customers with drinkable waters, electric charging columns, showers, toilets, Wi-Fi connection, weather forecast, a yard, an open and a covered boat storage area, repairing workshops, a crane which can lift up 12 tons,  bottom cleaning service and a gas station.

Sirmione 2 also enjoys a 24h/24 video surveillance service and a security guard service at night.

A professional staff is available for mooring assistance, mechanical repairing, boat transfers. A team of scuba divers is available for any circumstance.

The harbour often hosts competitions and many events.

In the surroundings, you can find some boat shops, a lounge bar, some parking lots and you can even rent a bike.

Sirmione belongs to the province of Brescia. Already existing in the Neolithic period, Sirmione was an important city in the Roman Empire. An evidence of this period is the Grotto of Catullus, a Roman villa built between I century b.C and I century A.D.

The city also preserves the beautiful medieval Scaligeri's Castle.

A lot of beaches surround Sirmione:

Punta Grò is a free beach, where it's possible to rent beach umbrellas, sunbeds and beach chairs. The sea bottom is made up of gravel and sand and the beach is surrounded by a rich vegetation.

Punta Staffalo is a beach which extends over a long thin stone line.

Lido Brema is about 3 km far from the city centre. Here, you can enjoy beachvolley and water sports.

Giamaica Beach is a charming white-sand beach, while Lido Lugana is a public beach, equipped with a playground, a coffee bar and some  beach resorts.

Sirmione 2 can be easily reached by bus, car and even plane. The airport of Verona is in fact just 30 km far.
